How do I extend my listing with OSI so my sign/post does not get removed and is there a charge?
No, there is not a charge, however you are responsible for checking your signs due to expire section in your account on the OSI web site.

What if a post/sign is stolen from the property is there a charge to reinstall it?
Yes we do charge a new installation fee to reinstall. In addition, there is a one time $65 fee for the lost post.

If a post/sign is stolen or missing from the property at time of removal is there a charge?
Yes, the missing post fee of $65 will be charged however if the post is able to be recovered at a later time we will credit your account.

What happens if my office is negligent in keeping up with the expiration dates of my listings and OSI removes the sign/post from the property (five (5) days after the expiration date)?
There is a charge to reinstall the sign & post, the reason that it's done is to keep costs down so the Real Estate gets their sign back and we get ...
